Alliston Village Dental is looking for a patient focused and highly organized dental administrator with a strong dental background in all areas of the front desk. Knowledge of dental treatment and terminology is required. Our team is committed to providing exceptional dental services in a compassionate and comfortable atmosphere for our patients.

Key Responsibilites

patient reception and appointment scheduling
manage incoming calls, emails and patient inquiries
insurance claims, predetermination (CDCP experience is an asset)
billing and verify insurance details
maintain accurate patient records
recare coordination

Qualifications

Passionate about dental care
Strong administrative, communication and muliti tasking skills
Experience with dental software (Tracker is an asset)
Assisting, floater experience, IPAC Certification considered an asset
Ability to work independently to ensure front desk operation run smoothly

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 35 per week
