Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. Duties

Greet patients warmly as they arrive at the dental office and assist with check-in procedures.
Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for the dental team, ensuring optimal patient flow.
Handle incoming phone calls, addressing patient inquiries, and providing information about services offered.
Maintain accurate patient records using dental software such as Dentrix or Epic, ensuring compliance with medical terminology standards.
Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries effectively.
Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless communication regarding patient care and treatment plans.
Keep the front desk area organized and welcoming, maintaining a professional environment at all times.

Skills

Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar administrative role within a medical or dental office setting.
Proficiency in using office equipment and phone systems, with strong computer skills including familiarity with Tracker, Abledent
Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry is highly desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service excellence.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated in completing individual responsibilities.
