Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Treatment Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will serve as a vital link between patients and providers, ensuring seamless communication, scheduling, and treatment planning. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with dental and medical office procedures. The Treatment Coordinator will play a key role in enhancing patient experience and supporting the overall efficiency of the practice.

Duties

Coordinate patient treatment plans by explaining procedures, financing options, and scheduling appointments effectively.
Manage patient records using electronic medical records systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Utilize Dentrix software to schedule appointments, process billing, and maintain patient information.
Assist patients with financial arrangements, insurance processing, and payment plans.
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure timely delivery of care and follow-up.
Supervise administrative tasks related to patient flow and office operations.

Skills

Proficiency in Dentrix or comparable electronic medical records software.
Strong understanding of dental terminology and scheduling of same .
Experience in helping patients and scheduling patients
Background in dental experience in billing and scheduling.
Excellent communication skills for patient interaction and team collaboration.
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently within a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.69-$38.00 per hour
