Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing patient treatment plans and ensuring a seamless experience from initial consultation through ongoing care. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of medical terminology and have experience in a dental or medical office setting. Your ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff will be crucial in fostering a positive environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate patient treatment plans by collaborating with the denturists to ensure comprehensive care.
Schedule appointments and treatment series managing the calendar efficiently to optimize patient flow.
Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) for all patients, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
Assist in educating patients about their treatment options, procedures, and post-treatment care.
Handling insurance verification and billing inquiries, providing clear information to patients regarding their coverage.
Address patient questions and concerns promptly, fostering a supportive atmosphere.
Learning and covering front end duties to provide a back up roll.

Skills

Proficiency in dental terminology would be beneficial for effective communication within the oral healthcare setting.
Previous experience in an office environment, preferably within a dental or medical office, is highly desirable.
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems to ensure accurate documentation and data management.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and work collaboratively with dental professionals.
