Dental Receptionist –Up to $33.00 per hour | Full-Time

Our growing dental office is seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our front desk team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, patient-focused environment where your role makes a real impact every day.

What You’ll Do:

Welcome patients and provide an excellent first impression
Schedule and confirm appointments with accuracy and efficiency
Manage patient records and keep information up to date
Handle billing, payments, and insurance claims
Answer phones and address patient questions with professionalism
Support the dental team to ensure smooth office operations

What We’re Looking For:

Experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar front desk role
Familiarity with dental software (Tracker experience a plus, but not required)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented in a busy office
Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
