Job Overview
We have an opening for an administrative staff member to join our busy pediatric office 2-3 days a week. We are looking for someone that is friendly, organized and detail-oriented, who has completed the dental administrative course.

Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in and check-out process
Schedule and confirm patient appointments using Dentrix software
Handle incoming calls on a multi-line phone system, addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary
Process patient information

Experience

Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role within a dental office is highly desirable
Familiarity with Dentrix software
Knowledge of dental terminology related to dentistry is an advantage
Strong administrative experience with excellent organizational skills
Proficiency in handling front desk responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff, demonstrating professionalism at all times
