Job Summary
Cranbrook Denture Clinic is seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, be proficient in various software applications, and have a friendly demeanor to greet patients and manage front desk activities.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner.
Booking appointments and billing out various dental plans.
Manage multi-line phone systems.
Entering patient records digitally, ensuring all information is up-to-date in our systems.
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper, for easy access to documents.
Seating patients in the operatories, and cleaning and maintaining these rooms.
Coordinate appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
Maintain an organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment for clients.

Skills

Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
Experience with data entry and clerical duties in an office setting.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and effective phone etiquette.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Typing proficiency with attention to detail for accurate documentation.
Medical or dental office experience is a plus, particularly as a dental receptionist or administrative assistant in a healthcare setting. However, we are willing to train the right candidate.
