We are a busy, patient-centered endodontic specialty office dedicated to relieving dental pain and saving natural teeth. Our patients often arrive anxious and uncomfortable, so compassion, efficiency, and excellent communication are at the heart of everything we do. With offices in both Mississauga, ON and Milton, ON, we have served both communities for the past 30 years.

Position Overview

We are looking to hire a certified level 2 dental assistant to join our family in a full time capacity at both locations.

Required Certifications:
- is a Certified Level 2 Dental Assistant with NDAEB certificate
- HARP certified
- CPR certified

We are looking for someone who:

- can attend both office locations (Mississauga and Milton)

Work Schedule

Monday, Wednesday – Mississauga – 6:30am to 3:00pm*
Tuesday, Thursday – Milton – 6:30am to 3:00pm*
Friday – Milton – 6:30am to 12:00pm*

- *times occasionally vary based on walk-in emergencies or slow periods

Key Responsibilities

Assist the endodontist during root canal procedures and emergency visits
Prepare treatment rooms and maintain strict infection control protocols
Take digital radiographs and CBCT scans (if / when applicable)
Anticipate doctor needs and support efficient clinical flow
Comfort and reassure patients experiencing pain or anxiety
Accurately document clinical notes and treatment information
Sterilize instruments and manage operatory turnover
Assist with patient education and post-operative instructions
Maintain inventory
