Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional patient care and possess strong clinical skills. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative environment utilizing advanced dental technology, including CAD systems, and to serve a diverse patient population, including pediatrics. The successful applicant will work with Cleardent software, with a solid understanding of medical terminology and dental office procedures.

Duties

Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health issues
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients of all ages, including pediatric cases
Utilize CAD technology for restorative procedures and prosthetic design
Document patient interactions accurately using Cleardent dental management software
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and treatment options
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and staff to ensure high-quality patient care
Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards
Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry through ongoing professional development

Requirements

Dental degree from an accredited institution with valid licensure to practice as a Dentist
Experience working in a dental office environment preferred; familiarity with Epic, Dentrix, and CAD systems is highly desirable
Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry and patient care.
Strong clinical skills with attention to detail and patient comfort
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
Commitment to ongoing education and professional growth in the field of dentistry
Strong clinical skills in Root canal treatments and Surgical skills is an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,352.02-$407,501.51 per year
