Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless experience for our patients as they navigate their treatment options. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a background in dental office settings, enabling them to effectively communicate Orthodontic treatment plans and coordinate patient care.

Duties

Serve as the primary point of contact for patients regarding their Orthodontic treatment plans and appointments.
Explain treatment options and procedures to patients, ensuring they understand their choices.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
Assist with insurance and billing inquiries.
Provide administrative support to the office as needed, including answering phones and managing correspondence.

Skills

Proven experience in an Orthodontic office environment is highly desirable.
Familiarity with Orthodontic terminology to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with patients and colleagues.
Previous experience providing Orthodontic administrative support is a must.

Pay: $21.93-$30.25 per hour
