Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental office on a part time basis. The position would be for two days a week, Tuesday and Wednesdays. Office hours are from 7-3:30. This is a maternity leave position.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care and education to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their visits. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess oral health.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
Utilize Dentrix software for patient management, scheduling, and record keeping.
Maintain sterilization protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion while engaging with a diverse downtown clientele, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.

Experience

Minimum 2 years experience
Familiarity with Dentrix software is a plus.
A valid dental hygienist license is required along with any necessary certifications related to dental assisting or hygiene practices.
