We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls and taking messages as needed.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
Handle filing and organization of documents to ensure easy access to information.
Provide clerical support including typing, proofreading, and preparing correspondence.
Bill patients and re-book next appointments for them.
Utilize Microsoft Office for various administrative tasks.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment.
Support the team with customer service inquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth office operations.

Experience

Previous experience in an office setting is preferred, with a focus on administrative roles.
Familiarity with medical or dental office environments is a plus, particularly as a dental receptionist.
Strong computer skills including proficiency in using ABELdent would be useful but we will train in that too.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for filing and data management.
Demonstrated ability to handle customer support inquiries effectively while maintaining phone etiquette.
