Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess empathy, strong clinical skills, excellent patient communication abilities. The Associate Dentist will be responsible for delivering high-quality treatments, ensuring patient satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations, restorations, extractions, and preventive care.
Utilize dental software Cleardent to document patient records accurately and efficiently.
Diagnose dental conditions using clinical assessments and radiographs; develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Educate patients on oral health maintenance, treatment options, and post-treatment care instructions.
Adhere to infection control standards.
Collaborate with dental team members to ensure smooth office operations and excellent patient experience.
Stay current with advancements in dentistry through ongoing education and training.

Qualifications

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid dental license to practice in British Columbia.
Prior experience working in a dental practice is preferred; experience with pediatrics is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills, compassionate patient care approach, and attention to detail.

Pay: $100,498.75-$408,578.29 per year
