We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Office Manager to lead our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of dental office operations. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of the office, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of patient care. The Dental Office Manager will oversee fiscal management, human resources, and compliance with healthcare regulations while fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the dental office, ensuring efficient workflow and patient satisfaction.
Supervise and train office staff, promoting professional development and teamwork.
Oversee financial management, including budgeting, billing, and collections.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical records.
Utilize systems such asTracker for effective patient management.
Coordinate scheduling and appointment management to optimize patient flow.
Ensure Implemented policies and procedures maintained to improve operational efficiency and quality of care.
Handle human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
Maintain knowledge of dental terminology and stay updated on industry trends in dental care.

Experience

Proven experience in Dental office management or dental office experience is required
Supervising experience with a focus on team leadership and development.
Familiarity with Tracker software is highly desirable.
Knowledge of dental terminology, records management, and compliance standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $32.00-$40.00 per hour
