Busy oral surgery clinic seeking a friendly, bubbly, and organized Dental Receptionist to join our fast-paced team. Ideal for someone with strong admin and people skills who can optimize schedules and handle emergencies with a smile.

Responsibilities:

Greet patients and manage front desk

Schedule and optimize appointments, including emergencies
Answer phones and patient inquiries
Verify info/insurance, collect payments
Maintain electronic records
Support smooth clinic flow with the team

Requirements:

Dental reception and/or CDA experience preferred

Strong organization and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, fun, team-player attitude
Comfortable with Tracker practice management software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
