We're looking for an energetic, experienced dental administrative/receptionist with dental assisting experience , passionate about providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of a dental practice.

position availability/ hours:

Mondays : 9-6

Thursdays : 9-6

Fridays: 8:30-4

Saturdays :9-3

responsibilities:

*Occasional dental assisting and sterilization.

*Greet and welcome patients with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive and professional first impression. scheduling patients efficiently in person on the phone or through email.

*Manage patient records and ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant regulations. Assist with explanation of the financial aspect of treatment planning and payment structure, insurance breakdown to the patients and insurance estimates, claims processing and billing to ensure seamless financial transactions.

*great communication skills with patients, dental staff, and external contacts in a clear, concise, and courteous manner. Answer patient inquiries and address concerns promptly and effectively.

*Keep the reception area and office spaces organized, clean, and well-stocked. Coordinate with other team members to maintain an efficient and pleasant work environment..

*Excellent critical thinking skills, allowing you to identify and resolve issues promptly and independently.

*Proficient in using Windows based dental software, scheduling systems, and general office applications.

*Demonstrates a high level of professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality when dealing with patients and their information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
