WE’RE LOOKING FOR A DENTIST WHO LOVES DENTISTRY…

AND ACTUALLY LIKES PEOPLE.

Yes, we said it. Imagine Dental is growing, and we’re looking for an Associate Dentist to join our team in Calgary.

2 Locations: Marda Loop & Legacy. Great teams, amazing patients, and enough dentistry to keep you busy without spending your evenings wondering:“Will anyone actually show up tomorrow?”

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

The one who:

Actually talks to patients like they’re people.
Cares about doing things properly.
Wants to keep getting better.
Can handle a busy day without dramatically staring out the window questioning every life decision.
Knows that a good dental assistant is basically a superpower.
Appreciates a team that actually communicates.
Can laugh at work.
And doesn't believe “How was your weekend?” counts as a patient relationship strategy

WHAT WE HAVE

Patients. Lots of them. Enough dentistry to keep you busy without spending your evenings refreshing the schedule wondering: “Will anyone actually show up tomorrow?” A supportive team. Three locations .A practice that cares about clinical excellence and the patient experience.

WHAT WE DON'T WANT

The dentist who thinks every patient is just a mouth attached to an appointment. The dentist who disappears when the schedule gets complicated. The dentist whose idea of teamwork is saying “Can someone get my patient?” The dentist who has not smiled since dental school. The dentist who thinks learning stopped when they got their licence.

WHAT WE DO WANT

Someone who wants to build relationships, do beautiful dentistry, grow professionally, and have a genuinely good time doing it. Someone who takes dentistry seriously……but not themselves .If you're thinking: “Finally. A dental job posting written by people who understand dentists.” Yep. That's us. Imagine Dental Marda Loop | Legacy

Come meet us. Worst case scenario, you meet some nice people. Best case scenario, you find your new dental home. And somewhere in between, someone will probably make a joke about teeth. Apply to join Imagine Dental.

Pay: $200,000.00-$600,000.00 per year
