About the Role

We are seeking a Dental Receptionist / Level II Dental Assistant to join our practice. This role offers a great opportunity to use both your clinical and administrative skills. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to create a positive experience for every patient.

Responsibilities

· Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism

· Schedule appointments and manage recall systems

· Process payments, insurance claims, and maintain accurate patient records

· Chairside assisting for dental procedures (as needed)

· Sterilization and preparation of instruments and operatories (as needed)

· Support the dentist and team in delivering excellent patient care

Qualifications

· Certified Level II Dental Assistant (ODA / NDAEB certified)

· Experience with dental software (Adstra Management) an asset

· Strong communication and multitasking skills

· Professional, reliable, and team-oriented

· CPR certification (current)
