We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our beautiful new office in Kleinburg, Vaughan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of dental hygiene practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess oral health.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
Take dental radiographs (X-rays) and intraoral photos as needed.
Document patient care and treatment plans accurately in Dentrix software.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive patient experience.
Stay current with advancements in dental hygiene practices and technologies.

Requirements

Valid Dental Hygienist license in accordance with state regulations.
Experience with Akitu One software is preferred.
Background in pediatrics is a plus.
Previous dental office experience is highly desirable, along with knowledge of medical terminology.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $40.00-$53.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 30 per week
