We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental group of practices in Northern Ontario. Fly-in/fly-out or relocation are both possible!. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional patient care. The is the ideal opportunity for candidates who are interested in:

Expanding your dental repertoire - there are senior dentists to mentor and help expand you skills in orthodontics, prosthodontics, surgery and restorative dentistry. There are opportunities for hospital privileges as well for sedation dentistry!
Receiving a competitive pay scale - receive 45% of collections! Established doctors in this area bill approximately 4-7K per day. Bonuses for travel and accommodations are also offered to competitive candidates.
Having flexible hours! Work full time or part time commuting from another area.

Utilizing advanced dental technologies, including CAD (Computer-Aided Design) systems, to enhance treatment outcomes.

Requirements

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid dental license to practice in the province
1-3 years of experience is preferred but not mandatory
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
A compassionate demeanor
Commitment to maintaining high standards of infection control and patient safety.
