Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for patients, and efficiently handling administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of dental office procedures.

Responsibilities

Greet patients as they arrive and assist with the check-in process
Schedule and confirm appointments using Power Practice and Recall max
Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls and inquiries
Collect patient information, including medical history and insurance details
Process payments and maintain accurate patient records
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth office operations

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role within a dental or medical office is preferred
Proficiency in Power Practice or similar
Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dental practices
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Experience with front desk operations and customer service is essential
Knowledge of multi-line phone systems is a plus
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and staff

Pay: $24.00-$32.00 per hour
