We are a thriving, modern and high technology multi-clinic dental group with over 50 team members, located in Victoria BC, and we’re looking for a proactive and motivated Manager to join our leadership team.

The role (and wage) will ultimately depend on the experience and ability of the applicant. While the specific responsibilities will be matched to the strengths of the individual, all roles will involve working closely with the management team as well as both clinical and administrative staff to continue to foster a positive, supportive work environment while helping to oversee, and where needed, develop systems, policies, and procedures to provide greater team success as a part of our larger leadership team.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We’re seeking an experienced, forward-thinking dental professional with a passion for leadership and supporting others. Ideally, you bring clinical experience , strong communication skills, collaborative team work ability, and proven leadership abilities. 5+ years of previous management experience would be ideal.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

5+ years of experience in the dental industry
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Strong leadership qualities, including conflict resolution and team support
Ability to assess systems, identify improvements, and implement effective solution
Experience with Cleardent is a key asset
Strong understanding of dental insurance and complex treatment planning
Hard work ethic and humility

Pay: $85,000.00-$139,000.00 per year
