Please note that this is not "treatment coordinator" position, and we are hiring candidates from GTA only.

We’re looking for a dynamic Outreach & Referral Coordinator to help grow our patient base by building relationships, creating referral channels, and spreading the word about our exceptional dental care.

Location: Toronto

Compensation: $35/hour + commissions.

Responsibilities:

Promote our dental clinic within the community and surrounding areas,
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, schools, community centers, and organizations.
Generate patient referrals through strategic networking and outreach. Track and report referral performance and conversion rates,
Represent the clinic professionally at local events and health fairs.

Requirements:

Strong, established network in the Greater Toronto Area. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and sales skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven. Previous experience in outreach, marketing, or referrals (preferred but not required)
Knowledge of the dental or healthcare industry is an asset
