Dental Receptionist

Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using the ER phone system
- Verify patient insurance information and collect necessary paperwork
- Assist patients with completing necessary forms and documents
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Handle billing and payment processing
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns

Qualifications:
- Experience in Dental/Denture Clinic is highly Preferred
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role highly preferred
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus
- Proficient in using ER phone systems or similar software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
