We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The Associate Dentist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating dental issues, educating patients on oral health, and maintaining accurate patient records.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough examinations of patients' teeth and gums to assess their oral health.
Diagnose dental conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
Perform a variety of dental procedures including fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns.
Utilize Dentrix software for patient record management and appointment scheduling.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient patient care.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with health regulations.

Requirements

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
Proficiency in using Dentrix or similar dental office software is preferred.
Knowledge of CAD technology is a plus for restorative procedures.
Experience or interest in pediatrics is desirable for working with younger patients.
Familiarity with medical terminology to effectively communicate with patients and staff.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
Commitment to providing compassionate care and maintaining high ethical standards in practice.

Pay: $100,096.96-$377,815.78 per year
