Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. This role is essential in ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently while providing exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in dental office management and human resources, along with excellent organizational and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the dental office, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction.
Supervise and train office staff, fostering a positive work environment.
Maintain accurate electronic medical records and ensure compliance with regulations.
Oversee scheduling, billing, and patient communication to optimize workflow.
Collaborate with dental professionals to streamline processes and improve patient care.
Handle human resources functions including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Utilize Open Dental and Recall Max (Max Assist) software for efficient practice management.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a dental office is required.
Familiarity with Open Dental software is highly desirable.
Experience in supervising staff and managing schedules.
Background in budgeting and financial management within a healthcare context is preferred.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Schedule

5 days/week with some evenings and Saturdays
Position may be shared between 2 offices
