Confident handling payment systems and managing financial discussions with professionalism and care.
Proficient in Tracker dental software – you can navigate it with ease and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients warmly and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process
Verify insurance details, calculate copays, and provide accurate treatment estimates
Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring optimal daily flow
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Assist in financial coordination, including billing and collections
Collaborate with the clinical team to provide seamless patient care
