Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Treatment Coordinator to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for patients regarding treatment plans and financial arrangements. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth patient experience and supporting the clinical team. Candidates with experience in electronic medical records, and have a strong communication skill will thrive in this position.

Duties

Act as the liaison between patients and the clinical team to explain treatment options and procedures
Review treatment plans with patients, ensuring understanding of procedures and financial commitments
Manage/track medical consultation requests
Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with financial arrangements
Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient interactions
Follow up with patients regarding outstanding treatments or payments
Assist in managing patient flow to optimize office efficiency
Provide excellent customer service to enhance patient satisfaction and retention

Requirements

Knowledge of medical terminology and dental terminology preferred
Prior experience working in a medical or dental office setting is highly desirable
Familiarity with dental software systems is essential
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and staff
Office experience demonstrating proficiency in administrative tasks is preferred
Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and professionally
Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a commitment to providing outstanding patient care

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 37.5 per week
