Position Summary
We are seeking an organized, friendly, and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in helping patients understand their treatment options, financial responsibilities, and scheduling needs. The ideal candidate is confident, patient-focused, and skilled in communication and case presentation.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and guide patients through their treatment process
Present treatment plans clearly and answer patient questions
Discuss financial arrangements and insurance benefits
Schedule appointments efficiently and manage follow-ups
Collaborate with clinical and front office team members to ensure smooth patient flow
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Assist with insurance verification and pre-authorizations
Support a positive, professional office environment

Qualifications

Prior experience in dental, medical, or treatment coordination preferred
Knowledge of dental procedures and insurance is a must
Excellent communication and customer-service skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, RecallMax, Eaglesoft, Open Dental) desirable
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional, friendly, and team-oriented attitude
