What You’ll Do

Greet and support patients with warmth and care
Schedule appointments (using Abeldent software)
Answer and manage a multi-line phone system

What We’re Looking For

At least 1 year of experience in a dental office
Experience with Abeldent, Accounts Receivable, and Insurance (an asset)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Confident phone presence and multitasking ability
