Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care and education to our patients. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

Conduct thorough dental cleanings and examinations for patients of all ages.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
Assist in the identification of periodontal disease and other oral health issues.
Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix software.
Collaborate with dentists to provide comprehensive care, including assisting with procedures when necessary.
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
Provide excellent customer service to enhance patient experience and satisfaction.

Requirements

Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry.
Experience in pediatrics or orthodontics is a plus.
Proficiency in Dentrix or similar dental office management software is preferred.
Previous experience in dental assisting is advantageous but not mandatory.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
Ability to work well within a team and maintain professionalism at all times.
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable, enhancing communication with patients from diverse backgrounds.
