We are an orthodontic practice committed to providing high-quality care to our patients, and we are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Treatment Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with patients to explain and coordinate orthodontic treatment plans
Ensure a smooth patient journey from initial consultation to treatment completion
Assist with scheduling, treatment planning, and follow-up care
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
Educate patients and their families about the benefits of orthodontic treatments and available options
Build and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families
Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients
Assist in managing patient flow and ensuring optimal treatment coordination
Work with the office team to maintain a welcoming and positive environment

Qualifications:

No dental experience required; we will train the right candidate
Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office or similar tools)
