Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional patient care and educating patients on oral health. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Hours:
Monday 1:00pm - 7:00pm (Min. of 2 per month)
Tuesday 1:00pm - 7:00pm
Thursday 1:00pm - 7:00pm
Saturday 9:00am - 2:00pm (2 per month)
Schedule is posted a year in advance.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments and cleanings for patients.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental care.
- Utilize ClearDent software for patient management, scheduling, and record keeping.
- Maintain accurate records of patient treatments and progress.
- Collaborate with the dental team to develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Uphold strict adherence to infection control protocols and safety regulations.
Experience
- Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred, with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to dentistry is essential.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $58.00-$65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
