Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. This role requires a commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. A minimum of 2 years experience practicing in North America is required.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients of all ages.
- Diagnose and treat dental conditions, including restorative, preventive, and emergency procedures.
- Utilize Cleardent software for patient management and record keeping.
- Educate patients on oral health practices and treatment options.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient patient flow and quality care.
- Maintain accurate medical records using medical terminology and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Provide pediatric dental care with a focus on creating a positive experience for young patients.
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid dental license to practice dentistry in Ontario.
- Experience in pediatric dentistry is preferred but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
