We are delighted to provide our valued patients with comprehensive oral care, encompassing a diverse array of dental procedures with meticulous attention to detail. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff is dedicated to guiding you in recognizing the significance of maintaining outstanding oral hygiene, and we aim to address any concerns you may have about necessary treatments. Ensuring the safety of all our patients is our top priority, and we have implemented strict disinfection protocols and health safety measures.

Currently, Smile Design Dental Center is actively seeking a hygienist for every Friday & Saturday. We invite you to join our team and contribute to our commitment to dental health, playing a role in creating beautiful smiles.

Responsibilities

Perform scaling, root planning, curettage, polishing procedures, desensitizing agents, occlusal sealants and anti-cariogenic agents
Provide oral hygiene instructions, nutritional counselling and smoking cessation
Conduct periodontal examinations and record clinical findings
Take digital radiographs
Provide administrative support such as updating patient databases, scheduling programs, and maintaining patient records

Qualifications

· Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program

· Registered within the province of Ontario

· CPR Level C

· Familiarity with dental software (e.g., Dentrix)

· Proven experience in a dental office setting.

· Ongoing commitment to professional development and educational pursuits.
