Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and caring Associate Dentist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing high-quality dental care, works well in a collaborative team setting, and is dedicated to continuous learning and patient education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Provide a wide range of general dental services, including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic procedures
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Educate patients on oral health care and treatment options
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure an exceptional patient experience
Qualifications:
- DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental program
- Licensed and in good standing with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
