Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and hard-working Associate Dentist to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to help grow a general dentistry practice within a thriving, Invisalign-only clinic — with locations in Downtown Toronto and North York. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, with a focus on preventive care and treatment. This role requires excellent clinical skills, a commitment to patient education, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
You will have the unique opportunity to work closely with and receive mentorship from one of the top Invisalign GP Providers in North America. We offer a supportive, team-oriented environment and the flexibility to work across multiple clinics within the city.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments.
- Diagnose dental conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures including fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, and cosmetic dentistry.
- Utilize advanced technologies.
- Maintain accurate patient records using Akitu One or similar dental software.
- Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to ensure optimal patient care.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education.
- Invisalign Certified provider is a plus
Requirements.
- Valid dental license to practice dentistry.
- Proficiency in using dental software.
- Experience in pediatric dentistry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
