Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care while ensuring a positive experience for patients of all ages. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional patient care.
Duties
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Provide preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dental services, including fillings, crowns, bridges, and extractions.
- Administer anesthesia and perform surgical procedures as necessary.
- Educate patients on oral health maintenance and preventive care practices.
- Maintain accurate patient records using Open Dental software.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations.
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or (BDS)
- Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
