Practice Overview:

Beautiful standalone clinic overlooking a park – bright operatories with windows in each room.

Two-floor practice (It is important to note: no elevator.

New associate will primarily work on the first floor but may occasionally use hygiene rooms on second floor).

Fully staffed team including 4 hygienists, CDA support, and a Treatment Coordinator.

Operating 8 total chairs.

Software: Tracker | Digital X-rays | Videa AI | Paperless.

Balanced billing in place for CDCP.
Associate Schedule:
-
Monday: 8:30am–6:00pm
-
Tuesday: 8:30am–5:00pm
-
Wednesday: 8:30am–6:00pm
-
Thursday: 8:30am–5:00pm
-
Alternate Saturdays: 9:00am–4:00pm
Clinical Expectations:
Bread & butter dentistry with strong demand for:

Basic and Molar Endo
-
Advanced Oral Surgery (including impacted 3rd molars)

Implant Dentistry
-
Invisalign
-
Periodontal treatment is a major asset due to existing patient needs

Sedation available: Nitrous & Oral

High CDCP concentration

Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience.

Willing to integrate into a close-knit team culture.
About You:
-
Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process.

Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements.

Valid CPR certification.
