We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality dental care and will have experience in various aspects of dentistry, including pediatrics. As an Associate Dentist, you will work collaboratively with our team to ensure the best outcomes for our patients while maintaining a friendly and professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages.
- Provide high-quality clinical care including exams, fillings, crowns, bridges, and preventive treatments
- Utilize CAD technology for designing dental restorations and prosthetics.
- Maintain accurate patient records using ABELDent software.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment options and preventive care.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure smooth workflow in the office.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in dental technology and procedures.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
Experience
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- At least a year's experience in a Canadian Dental Office.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is essential for effective communication within the healthcare team.
- Proficiency in using ABELDent is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with patients and staff alike.
Schedule:
- Mondays: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Tuesdays: All Day
- Thursdays: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Fridays: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Every Other Saturday: 9:00 AM-4:00PM
Compensation
The General Dentist will be compensated at 40% of individual production.
