We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice (for Saturdays and Sundays). The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality dental care and a commitment to patient satisfaction. This role involves working closely with patients of all ages, including pediatrics, and collaborating with our team to deliver comprehensive dental services in a friendly and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide a full range of dental services, including examinations, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
- Perform restorative procedures such as fillings, crowns, and bridges.
- Conduct preventive care treatments, including cleanings and fluoride applications.
- Manage pediatric dental cases with a focus on creating a positive experience for young patients.
- Utilize dental software systems such as Oryx for patient management and record keeping.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with medical terminology standards.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid dental license to practice dentistry.
- Experience or familiarity with pediatric dentistry is preferred.
- Proficiency in using dental software systems, particularly Oryx
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dental practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients.
- A commitment to continuing education and professional development in the field of dentistry.
