We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist in good standings with the RCDSO to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing ethical high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence. This role requires a compassionate approach to patient care, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team of dental professionals. Monday to Friday schedule
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health conditions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
- Ethically perform a variety of dental procedures.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care to promote long-term dental health.
- Maintain accurate patient records using dental software systems (Dentrix)
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.
Skills
- Digital radiographs and clinical note taking.
- Previous experience in a dental office setting is REQUIRED
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and effectively communicate treatment options.
