Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and providing excellent customer service.
- Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring easy access to documents.
- Provide clerical support including data entry, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies.
- Assist in coordinating office activities and events to enhance team collaboration.
- Support dental office operations by managing patient records and appointment scheduling.
- Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes and enhance customer support.
Skills
- Proficient in computer systems and software applications relevant to administrative tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor for front desk interactions.
- Familiarity with phone systems and effective communication techniques.
- Previous experience in a dental office or similar environment is a plus.
