Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality dental care and a commitment to patient satisfaction. As an Associate Dentist, you will work closely with our team to deliver comprehensive dental services, ensuring that each patient receives personalized attention and treatment tailored to their needs.
Duties
- Perform a variety of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canals.
- Diagnose and treat dental issues while educating patients on oral health and hygiene.
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the dental office environment.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere for patients, particularly children, to promote a positive experience.
Experience
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred;
- Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
