We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages. Duties
As an Associate Dentist, your responsibilities will include:
- Performing comprehensive dental examinations and diagnosing oral health conditions
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients
- Conducting preventive and restorative procedures, including fillings, crowns, and extractions
- Record keeping
- Collaborating with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure optimal patient care
- Educating patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment in compliance with health regulations
- Staying current with advancements in dentistry through ongoing education
Experience
The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- A Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution
- Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred but all levels of experience are welcome
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients
