About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for a Dental Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator who loves helping people feel comfortable, confident, and cared for. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy keeping things organized while building relationships with patients, you’ll fit right in!
What You’ll Do:
- Connect with Patients: Create a welcoming experience from the moment they walk through the door to when they leave with a healthier, happier smile.
- Guide Treatment Plans: Discuss procedures, answer questions, and coordinate appointments like a pro.
- Stay Organized: Keep schedules running smoothly and ensure the office is firing on all cylinders.
- Make Payments Easy: Help patients navigate financial options and coordinate with insurance providers seamlessly.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- At least 1 years experience as a Dental Receptionist or Treatment Coordinator.
- Top-notch communication and organizational skills (multitasking enthusiasts, we see you!).
- A knack for using Microsoft Office;
- Tracker experience is a bonus.
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for patient care.

Pay: $26.00-$32.00 per hour
