We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality dental care and will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various dental conditions. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with patients of all ages, including children.
Duties
- Conduct thorough examinations of patients’ oral health and diagnose dental conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, and preventive care
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care techniques
- Maintain accurate patient records using dental software systems such as Dentrix and Epic
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff to ensure optimal patient care
- Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and best practices in patient management
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and infection control protocols
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution
- Valid state dental license to practice dentistry
- Experience in a dental office setting is preferred, with familiarity in using CAD technology being a plus
- Knowledge of medical terminology and pediatric dentistry is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
