Galloro Dental Group is expanding, and we are looking to add a Restorative Dental Hygienist to our exceptional team! With two locations - Don Mills and Summerhill - we offer comprehensive dental care in a modern, patient-centred environment. Our team is dedicated to clinical excellence, ongoing education, and delivering compassionate care to our loyal patient community.
As a Restorative Dental Hygienist at Galloro Dental Group, you will work closely with our dentists and hygiene team to provide both preventive and restorative care, including direct restorations and patient education. You’ll play a key role in ensuring patients feel comfortable, informed, and well cared for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform restorative procedures within your scope of practice (e.g., placing fillings)
- Provide thorough prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing
- Take digital X-rays and impressions (iTero Scanner)
- Educate patients on oral health, hygiene practices, and post-op care
- Maintain accurate clinical records
- Contribute to a collaborative and positive team culture
Requirements:
- Licensed and in good standing with the CDHO
- Certified in restorative dental hygiene
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for patient care and team collaboration
- Experience with digital charting (e.g., Curve Hero) is an asset
Experience with ortho (Invisalign) is an asset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
