Overview
We are looking for a skilled and personable Dental Associate to join our team on Thursdays. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients of all ages.
- Diagnose and treat dental conditions using appropriate techniques and tools.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate patient records using dental software such as Dentrix and Epic.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide seamless patient care.
- Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and implement best practices within the practice.
- Manage pediatric patients with care and compassion, ensuring a positive experience for children.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
- Experience in a dental office setting is preferred; familiarity with medical terminology is a plus.
- Proficiency in using dental Paradigm software.
- Knowledge of CAD technology is advantageous for restorative procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $150,000.00-$225,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 10 per week
