Dental Receptionist for Orthodontic Office

Ortho On Yates is hiring! We are looking for a positive, proactive and collaborative individual to join our orthodontic administrative team at Ortho On Yates.

We want to work alongside a person with exceptional communication and organizational skills, who is willing to cultivate meaningful and authentic connections with our patients and team members.

What you will bring to the position:

- Previous work experience in a dental office including treatment planning and/or reception

- Articulate and confident verbal and written communications, demonstrating responsiveness and attentiveness to a diverse range of inquiries and requests

- Strong computer skills, including MS applications and specialized dental software programs

- Ability to multitask, problem solve and pivot in a dynamic patient focused environment

- Work collaboratively with other members of the administration team as well as orthodontists and the clinic assistants
