Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and education while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment. This role requires proficiency in all dental hygiene practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our dental professionals. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough dental cleanings for patients of all ages.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
- Take dental radiographs (X-rays) including panoramic and not limited to Ceph/3D -Itero scans.
- Document patient treatment plans and maintain accurate records such as perio charting using Cleardent software.
- Experience with Orthodontic, Perio and Major Dental patients.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a clean working environment and takes pride in their work.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance patient experience and satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with Cleardent software is highly desirable.
- Experience in orthodontics is a plus.
- Wage is based on years of experience.
- Permanent Saturdays (9-5pm) and possible 1-2 half days during the week
